Shown again this summer of 2006 in NFQHA competition at the WaFQHA show in Ellensburg he was the Open Versatility Champion earning points in Open Reining, Open Ranch Riding, Open Trail, and Open Versatility. He has also been shown in Reining and Team Sorting and won numerous Open Class Team Sortings in 2004 and 2005. Rancher Gold won the #3 class series, and placed 2nd in the #6 class series, at the Tacoma Unit Winter Series Ranch Sortings in 2005 . We have been breeding this stallion since he was two years old. His oldest foals are under saddle now and look just like him. He stamps all of his foals with his good looks, muscle, and size, and best of all his super quiet disposition.
